Can you tell us more about your request. Like it is OS related or BSA related, what is purpose and what you want to achieve. If this is BSA then which version of BSA are you using and what is target OS.
Since you tagged BladeLogic and NSH, I assume you mean the NSH commands that are allowed for a given RBAC role.
The best way to find out is to look at a given Role in RBAC Manager (open it) and then click in the Summary tab. It will show you the detail of all permissions that are granted to that role including all NSH commands.
In order to find the users that have the access you need to look at the members of the role.

The more ‘supported’ way would be to use the blcli to dump the role summary view (RBACRole.getSetupSummary) and parse it out.
Otherwise its’ a db query – a few joins between the blrole and various acl tables.
