Have you changed the default port for SmartIT? If so have you made the same port change in all the relevant configuration files? If not, then I believe that the social server is being blocked due to an incorrect port and so you can't login.

Is it happening with one user or with all users?
Few things to check,
- whether username is getting converted via rsso
- user detail provider not enabled- you have to login to database and validate in tenant provider table whether ITSM user details is enabled

Check the SmartIT\Logs\ux.log
This looks like an error rather than "you are not authenticated" or "Dont have permission"
User able to login to via Mid Tier homepage but not thru MY IT.
