Also ensure that you have set up any ETL required (for BDSSA), have established a complete a Retention Policy, and are (successfully) running BSA Cleanup jobs and Statistics Gathering regularly.
Then continue to monitor Database Free Space via the Health Dashboard in case any action is required.

That's what exactly we are following now. But, the management has to order the required space onetime during this quarter or when possible. So, they are looking for the exact number.
Also, our DB Server is on AIX OS which also hosts Portal, BDSSA Databases for both Production and Development environment.

There is no "exact number"

You should discuss resource and performance capacity and capability of the Database Server with your DBA team, letting them know that the Bladelogic Core database and the BDSSA databases are going to get get a lot bigger and busier as you ramp up your use cases.
