As we evaluate the SmartIT Knowledge Management capabilities it would be really helpful to see how other organizations have created and formatted their knowledge articles. Would anybody care to share a screenshot of how KM articles look in your system? Really just looking to get some ideas on effective / ineffective formats, styles, approaches, etc. Also, does anybody have any sort of standard/style guide/best practice that they have established that they would like to share? We anticipate that we'll want some sort of consistency with how the articles look in order to promote usability.
