    Reminder: End of support for BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6.04 is Jan 28, 2017

      After 6 years of support, BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6.04 will no longer be supported after January 28, 2017.  This end of support date applies to the entire Remedy ITSM 7.6.04 Suite, which includes the following products and components:


      • BMC Remedy Action Request System 7.6.04
      • BMC Atrium Core 7.6.04
      • BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6.04
      • BMC Remedy Asset Management 7.6.04
      • BMC Remedy Change Management 7.6.04
      • BMC Remedy Service Desk 7.6.04
      • BMC Remedy Knowledge Management 7.6.04
      • BMC Service Level Management 7.6.04
      • BMC Service Request Management 7.6.04


      BMC recommends that you upgrade to the most recent version, BMC Remedy ITSM 9.1, Service Pack 1. This new version is implemented based on latest technology and provides unparalleled new value, better user experience, and performance. Upgrading to BMC Remedy ITSM 9.1 will be significantly easier than previous upgrade projects.
