    Remedyforce Self Service uses for Change Management

      Hi everyone,


      During our introductions in the user group meeting, I remember someone saying that they have staff putting everything through the self-service portal, including even change management.  I wanted to reach out and start a conversation with them to understand how they are doing that since it is going into the incident object or if they had a visualforce page infront of it.  If you could, please send a message back to me.
