Please attach (don't copy/paste) the bldeploy*.log
Please (always) confirm the full build number of your BSA Application Server (BSA Console and then go Configuration => Infrastructure Management => Application Servers => <Application Server > => BLManager Version)
Attached bldeploy*.log file .
BSA BLManager Version : 8.7.00.239
The Error Code 5 is being returned from the actual installation of some of the hot-fixes.
For Example, executing this command:
windows6.1-kb2775511-v2-x64.msu" /quiet /norestart
Exit Code = 5
This is native O/S behavior and is not directly caused by BSA - it would happen whether BSA was involved or not.
Is email@example.com in the Administrators group?
The question I'm not sure of the answer to is whether the HotFixes being deployed are correct, as there is always a fluid situation.
I would proceed as follows:
1. Reboot BNET.cmak.com.kw
2. Run a new Patch Analysis and create remediation artifacts
3. Deploy missing patches (ensure that the user is in the Administrators local group)
4. Report any Exit Code 5 errors to System Admins or to Microsoft Support
firstname.lastname@example.org in the Administrators group?....Yes its the Domain administrator account.
I will check the above steps as mentioned & update you.
Also am getting a new error "Operation complete return code -5000", logs attached.
Please start a new discussion so that we don't cause confusion
