      BMC Remedy IT Service Management 9.1.01 is Now Available
      BMC Software announces the release of Service Pack 1 for version 9.1 of the BMC Remedy IT Service Management product. Patch 1 for BMC Remedy AR System version 9.1 and Patch 1 for BMC Atrium CMDB version 9.1 must be applied before you install BMC Remedy ITSM 9.1.01. This service pack is available for the following platforms: Windows, Linux, and Solaris.

       

      The enhancements introduced in version 9.1 provide tremendous value and upgrading the platform to the latest version is easier than ever.

       

      This release includes the following additional components:

       

      Service Pack Highlights
      This service pack provides multiple enhancements including:

      • Enhancements to the Unified Data Management and Onboarding wizard to add support for hierarchical groups
      • Updated Change Management approvals processes to resolve known performance issues
      • Support for Double Authentication (Double authentication using Remedy Single Sign-On)
      • Enhancements to the KCS implementation
