    SmartReport user sync error

      Hi All,

      Any idea why smart report user sync is not happening I'm getting the below error; it says something related to the certificate but not sure which certificate I has to import in to AR SYSTEM Server, my midtier and smart report servers are using the SSL certificate and I have added the certificate as mentioned in the thread below;
