    Email not creating work order

      I have email messages that are not creating work orders and I'm not sure why. It's just seems to be from one address. I attached a screen shot. Any ideas of what I should look for?

          Hi Wayne,

           

          As per the screenshot it seems that you have created a rule in Track-It! to prevent work order generation when an email comes in with the content as ".org". Please follow the path below to review and change the rule settings in case if you have configured any as such:

           

          Tools>Admin Console>Configuration>Administration>Email Configuration>Rules

           

          Once done with the changes, try making the same email as unread and wait for the Track-It! to create work order as expected.
