We tried it with other RHEL subscription than it is downloaded properly but it is not getting downloaded by using our customer's subscription of RHEL 7. Is there any issue with our subscription of RHEL 7?
Well, based on what you have stated: yes, it seems like it ....
What is the URL that it is trying to reach?
Can you reach that outside of BSA?
If it then asks for credentials, and you supply the ones configured in BSA, can you get the file?
If you can get the file, does the same error occur when you update the catalog?
Is the file already in the repo?
If so, delete it and try again to update the catalog - the error may occur if the file already present is corrupted
Thank you for your reply
And, we would like to add one point here that we get to know that our rhel 7 subscription is not working properly because we have seen error in log file about the subscription issue.
Yes, We stored the new downloaded cert files in BSA repo server as well we have given the right path of those cert files while creation of patch catalog than we again executed the update patch catalog job.But error is still persist.
Also , Up to 89% Patches downloaded successfully but after that the job is getting failed.
So we are not getting the proper resolution for that.
Please help us as early as possible.
Thanks & Regards,
Job getting failed how? w/ what error ? job run log ?
