I couldn't find find anything related to defect SW00447470. Link to KB article KA394917 doesn't work.
I think hot fix should not have any issue for running Email Engine.
Does your upgrade installation successful?
As far as following error is concern looks some java class path issue.
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.bmc.arsys.emaildaemon.EmailUtil.getSysOutFormatter()Ljava/lang/String; at com.bmc.arsys.emaildaemon.AdminAgent.main(AdminAgent.java:112)
At this moment - Email engine Service is not coming up correct and Its upgraded to 9.1?
Can you inecrease the debug level of EMail Engine and post the logs?

Yes we have upgraded to 9.1 and it is successful.
The issue has been raised with BMC support and they are working on the same.
And I'll post the resolution which will be given from BMC after it resolves..so that we can close this thread.
In our case, Incoming Approval Emails are landing on AR System Email Messages Form with Parse Message = YES status. But these emails are not getting processed on time (Status is not changing to Parsed and Executed). There is a huge delay and about 2600 entries are stuck on Email Messages Form with this status.
In our Incoming Mailbox, we have added HPD:IncidentInterface_Create Form as the default form - This is done for Integrating one of third party tool for creating tickets in Remedy 9 through Email template.
Can you please suggest in this ? Why approvals are not getting processed through Emails ? Is there any intermediate form wherein these entries are getting stuck like Change/Service Request approvals get stuck in Application Pending form ? Where can we check the Email approval entries being stuck ? Is it in the Email Messages form only from where the entries are not getting processed further ?
Can any one please give some input in this ?
The issue got resolved after re-starting the email engine.
