what kind of agent are you installing?
why aren't you using depot software?
what command is being run to install the software ?
can you attach the log and your install script ?
does the installer expect to be running as a particular user ?
Trying to Install Electric flow agent (.exe)
Fails through any of the Blage logic jobs (NSH script/ BLpackage/ Software deploy job).
Batch program calling thru 'nexec -e' in nsh script
Install Command in .bat:
ElectricFlowAgent-x64-188.8.131.52337.exe --mode silent --installAgent --remoteServer xxxxx --remoteServerUser xxx --remoteServerPassword xxx --windowsServerUser xxx --windowsServerDomain xxx.com --windowsServerPassword xxxx --windowsAgentUser xxxx --windowsAgentDomain xxxxx.com --windowsAgentPassword xxxxx --remoteServerResource %HOSTNM% --remoteServerDiscoverPlugins --remoteServerCreateResource
sorry, I shouldn't upload any files.
For agent registration, yes it needs to be run as a particular user.
I believe, this should because of some access provisioning issue. Have updated 'user.local' file with the server ID used in client registration in target and remote server. But still throwing access denied issue.
it would really be helpful if you can upload the log from your installer. can you open a ticket and do that ?
also - is there a reason why you are using a nsh script instead of depot software ?
