Getting error while setting perl location on config server

We have four app servers, two are configured as config server and other as Job server. Deployment for all the appserver is customized.

I see following error while setting perl location on config servers. But on job servers it works fine.

Due to this error we are unable to set perl location value on config server. So we tried CentOS patch installtion on Job server but getting following error
