    App Server Heartbeat ORA-12592: TNS:bad packet

      My customer is using BSA 8.6.1, on a Linux 64 bit platform and an Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release - 64bit.


      In the app server log it appears randomly an Oracle error message: ORA-12592: TNS:bad packet. I attached the stack trace from app server log.


      I read that this might be caused by a network and/or Oracle miss-configuration /problem.


      What and how can I investigate (including customer technicians) in order to find solution for this problem?
