    SIM Service Model unavailable- CMDB

      Hi CMDB Geeks,

       

       

      we are not able to see the SIM Service Model in our Environment today, data and relationship is still exists in the BMC_BusinessService and BMC_ApplicationSystem and BMC_BaseElement forms.

      Also if we edit the Service Instance in Atrium Explorer  we can see all the relationships in Asset forms. but  expand children and expand both does not show any spider diagram.

       

      Please help us to solve this issue
