It seems there could be some issues in the backend.
Do you happen to see any errors in cmdbengdebug.log?
what is the lcoation of the cmdbengdebug.log file, apart from that do you see any other area where we can look at quickly to troubleshoot the issue.
I ahve opened a BMC support case but they are not responding on time,
cmdbengdebug will be under arserver/db folder or under AtriumCore/Logs depending of version/configuration.
