Error while running patch deploy job on Suse11 SP4 target servers

    Neel Shaha

      Hello Everyone,

We have BSA 8.6.01.66 version running in our environment & we have online Suse11 SP4 patch catalog in depot.

We have on-boarded few Suse11 SP4 servers for patch management using this catalog.

Patch analysis is working fine on all target servers but we are receiving common error on all servers while patch deployment.

Attaching the screenshot of the error message as well as transaction logs from target server for analysis.

      Below is the error summary:-

      ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

      Transaction Check Error:

      Error Summary

      -------------

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What could be root cause of this issue? How do I resolve this as I have to patch all customer servers?

      Thanks in advance

      Best Regards,
