Check in SHR:SchemaNames form if Org class entry has 'hasAssetUI' ticked and if there is an AST:form created for it.
Thanks Parag, however in the SHR:SchemaNames there is no filter to select the class,
I did a seach by using "hasaccessUI" , it showed all the classes but not showing BMC_organization class.
Any idea how can i put BMC_Organization class in Asset.
Hi Jayendra ,
Open SHR:SchemaNames/cmdb2asset form and then change the value for hasassetUi field to yes, and then save and then sync the record. This will create a asset (AST form) form for the class and you should be able to see your records there , and search for them from the console.
If unsure on how to do that search cmdb to asset sync on google or communities, it will detail how it can be done.
You access the SyncUI or cmdb2asset utility from the Application Console -> Advanced menu.
Hi, try to create relationship between BMC_ORGANIZATION and AST_Organization in AST:ClassAttributes. Then check in SHR:SchemaNames, Lookup Keyword = BMC_ORGANIZATION...
ps. I had similar issue with BMC_LAN class, loaded using AI ci's but not visible in Asset Console.
