can you get the bldeploy log from the target server (in RSCD/Transactions/log) ? that should have more information why your install fails.

This is an error code frim the Windows Installer execution (the execution of NetBackUp_7.6_Installer_64bit failed).
It is not strictly a BSA problem.
As Bill said, the bldeploy log will give some more information, but there should also be an install log from the NetBackUp_7.6_Installer_64bit install execution itself and entries in the Windows Event Logs
