When our end users enter tickets, very often the need to let their supervisors or other team members know. I have added the CC field to the SS web site, but to ask an end user to type in multiple email addresses in a row is, quite frankly, very cumbersome.
Is it possible to make the CC field search the email addresses in the DB such that the end user can select multiple email addresses at one time. this reduces the number of typing errors and the amount of time to enter a ticket.
If not, can this become a feature request?
