    Product Catalog Issue

      Remedy ITSM version 8.1.02


      Need some guidance on what to troubleshoot for the following issue:


      When creating a new incident, we select tiers 1, 2, and 3 of the Product categorization tiers.  When we select the product name, the previous 3 tiers blank out.  It keeps the product name though.  Anyone else come across this?  I checked the BMC atrium Product Catalog and it is an enabled product.
