    Patch Catalog update fails with partner.manifest.xml download error

      During catalog update we are receiving following error message post upgrade to 8.7.

      Validation Error :- BLPAT1004 - Http Url is not accessible.
      Possible remediation steps :- Please check the proxy login credentials
      Please check the vendor url
      Please check network access to vendor url

      As this is a PCI environment, we would need to access using HTTPS instead of HTTP. Could you please help me with the location where I can change the URL from http://xml.shavlik.com/data/partner/manifest/partner.manifest.xml to https://xml.shavlik.com/data/partner/manifest/partner.manifest.xml?
