It seems ProductRegistry.xml has missing entries
Please share the ProductRegistry.xml and InstalledConfigurationfile under AMREPO and Content folder

Seems to be I have not installed Contents on BAO side, might be that is missing. Only following installed,

Planner requires access manager and content features for integration.
If content is not installed Planner will not be able to integrate AO. Also the AO version is 7.8.00. where access manager feature is removed and replaced by AtriumSSO.
. Hence the integration wont work

Is there any work around? As recent products have SSO integration latest CLM version hould support.
I hope there will be a roadmap to handle this scenario, if it is already ready and available then please share with us.
Anyway we have to wait for BMC response on support for latest versions of products.

Please contact AO support team for recommendation on using SSO with AO 7.8
As a workaround, Please find the xml files attached with changes to integrate "featureAmRepo"
However for content, you need to install it manually using Content installer packaged in Planner Applications folder

We are having the same issue with the AO integration and 7.8.01 - I have opened a support ticket.
