      Hi All,


      I am still coming with a issue around Dashboard.


      With default profiles, if I try to access to Dashboard tab (Service Desk Client, Service Desk Staff & service Desk Change Manager), I have "Insuffiicent Privileges" - You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary.


      I have made a search on communitities but no answer solves my issue.


      I have to indicate that I have the same issue when trying to access "Self-service beta".


      Do anyone have solved this issue?
