To complete, I have made a new test.
I have a user which was "SalesForce Platform" license and DO NOT ACCESS to Dashboard.
My Admin User wiht "Salesforce" license access.
I change the first to "SalesForce" and he get access to Dashboard but if i went back to "SalesFroce Platform"... So I have deduced taht the problem is the license type...
How to do you deal to allow everyone to see those Dashboard?

Hi, Based on user permissions the running user of the dashboard you have the same license. It' standaard Salesforce. So if the running user has a SFDC license only people with SFDC license can see.
If the running user is SFDC platform, all SFDC platform users can see it, but also the SFDC license as they have more permissions.
Ok, I have so make a run as "SDFC Platform".
Nevertheless, the profile by default has not access afterward: i had to modify system permission adding "View Dashboards in Public Folders" and it works...
Finally, the access to "Self Service beta" is not due to same reason... An idea?
The Self Service Beta tab is not enabled for any profile out of the box. Go to profile, and set Remedyforce Self Service Beta to On
Do you work with permissionsets? Assign the Service Client ootb permissieset. Sounds like your profile doesn't have the right visualforce pages and apex classes assigned.
Or add the related pages to the profiles
