I have run into a couple of issues when using Smart IT 1.2 with ITSM 9.0.01. I have added a couple of date fields to the Smart IT Incident View.
1. The dates display ok when the incident is opened. But when I click on the Edit button, the value of the date fields disappears. The time still displays correctly though.
Has anyone else faced this issue?
#Issue 2: Once you've entered the value of a date, you cannot clear it. For example, if I populate the Required Resolution DateTime once, I can't seem to be able to remove that value. The only option is to update it to something else.
