do you get an error? why can't you upgrade ?

there's really not a lot of detail in the ticket. you said there was some db connectivity issue (which was what?) that was resolved w/ some blcli commands (which ones?) and then it's not clear what the problem is. is there a bsainstall log from your upgrade attempts ? you must use either the upi or the configurator methods for the upgrade now. why are you using the configurator method and not the upi ?
Problem fixed. During the statless upgrade (in particular for the step 1 upgrade db) is needed to change the users and export file on the appserver for increase the privilege.
then after the upgrade is possible to restore...
