I am facing a strange issue with one of my customer - when he opens Self service portal in IE - it just doesn't turn up - once I clear browser history and cookies - page get loads - but once closed - it doesn't turn up again till again history is deleted - if I check delete history on exit - he still need to close the browser then only page gets load. Chrome is working fine for him
Please reply if anyone else has seen same issue.
Jyoti, I'm seeing the same problem with a handful of IE 11 users. We did the same workaround giving them Chrome to get into the self service portal.
