    Not able to Update Support Group Association in Incident Template

      Hi,

      I tried to load Incident Templates using UDM. The incident templates got loaded but the support group associations didn't. They error they gave was "Invalid Template".

      Later I tried to load only the Support Group Associations and got the same error.

       

      Then I used HPD Template ID as the "Template Identifier" and UDM job ran perfectly without any error.

      But still the support groups did not  get associated with the template.

       

      Now when I am trying to update it manually  the "Update" button is disabled.

       

      I have "Support Group Admin", "Incident Manager","Incident Master" and "Incident Config" permissions and roles required.

       

      Kindly suggest what needs to be done in this case.
