2. There is also Webservices API available. So you can publish that webservice from CA and that can be consumed by remedy to create incidents:
3. If CA Spectrum is capable to consume Remedy webservice then you can publish webservice from remedy (on Incident interface create form) which will be consumed by CA Spectrum.
How you did integration between CA Spectrum and Remedy ITSM ?
We have same requirement between CA Spectrum OneClick and Remedy ITSM, we are looking for configuration thing.
