how does the configuration file under /opt/bmc/storage/tftproot/X86PC/pxelinux/pxelinux.cfg get the contents? Can you please provide step by step details?

The contents of the boot config file is as shown below. Is there a reference file from which the contents are added to it. how does it get the "append" line. Can we modify the contents of the file?

      # Perform a local boot by default

      default run-autodetect

      # Always prompt

      prompt 1

      # Display the bootup message

      display pxeboot.msg

      # Boot automatically after 300 seconds

      timeout 1

      label local

      localboot 0

      # The rest of this file is machine-generated

      label run-autodetect

      kernel mboot.c32

      append xen/xen650.gz dom0_mem=752M com1=115200,8n1i console=com1,tty --- xen/vmlinuz650 console=ttyS0,115200n8 console=tty0 dom0_mem=2048M answerfile=http://<server IP>/pxestore/<MAC Address>install --- xen/install650.img
