NSH Script - save output to local Windows folder/file

    James Donohue

      Hello,

I have an NSA Script and job in the Console that I'm running. I have no write  permissions on any of our AppServers and want to be able to write output to my local machine where I'm launching the job in the console.

      Example:

Ping 10 Servers and if its successful, keep going.

If any fail, write the output (i.e. Host name) to my local c:\Temp folder to a file named: PingFailed.txt

I've tried different methods and now I'm not sure if it could be done or not.

      simplified Line: echo -e "$HOST" >> c/temp/PingFailed.txt

If it's possible, I'm sure its simple but I can't find anything on this scenario. Thanks!
