can you attach the appserver logs and compliance job run logs showing the error ?
there may also be more info if you can set the "DEBUG_MODE_ENABLED" property on the job to true and then look in the NSH/tmp/debug/... dir for the debug log - that should show the particular rule causing the problem.
This issue was related to the component. When I deleted the component for that particular server and then re-ran the component template job it worked properly.
Any ideas on how that component could get corrupted?
It’s possible that the component wasn’t associated w/ the latest version of the template. that can happen if there is some issue that interrupts the template save operation, and possible if a save is done while a compliance job for the template is running (@lobsters ran into that i think)
