    Queue Assigned Days field

      Hi

       

      I need to calculate days for which ticket remained in Queue Assigned status -> is not been assigned to any individual. I was trying to create a custom one on Incident History but not getting Field/Event and Old/New Values fields(history Data fields) in available fields.

       

      Is there any other way I can find out for how many days ticket remained in Queue Assigned.
