Configure ARDBC LDAP form in Remedy and connect to Active Directory, where Remedy will be able to access the site and people information
Environment Host Name Port No. Bind User Bind Password Using SSL
Remedy will require developing Interface to access, store AD user data. Remedy workflow object will process push data to staging interface and then to People form.
Create a Vendor form using using the ARDBC LDAP plug in configured in “Configure ARDBC form”
Take a appropriate field from AD to remedy people profile.
If data is not consistent as per the remedy people profile. create another regular staging forms to make it consistent(Site, dept).
Configure AREALDAP form in Remedy and use to authenticate Remedy users with AD.

What's your requirements ?
- Authentication? => Configure AREA LDAP.
- Synchronization? => Best way depends on your ITSM version.
- <8.0 => Configure ARDBC LDAP and create a synchronzation using AR System worflow.
- >=8.0 => Use or adapt the LDAP People job directly in Atrium Integrator.
- Both? => Do both.
Last point: For authentication, do you need SSO? If yes, use Atrium SSO.
for data Synchronization from AD to People profile and user authentication.
If you want to SSO to be implemented use Atrium SSO
