    Problem connect server BBSA from client console

      Good afternoon,

      I expose a problem that I have on BBSA 8.3.0.2.

      The BBSA server was migrated from a datacenter to another, and another assigned IP address but remained the same hostname. By starting the console and trying to get the error logging me >> Can not Connect to "service: authsvc.bladelogic: Blauth: // [serverbbsa]: 9840" - Connection refused: connect <<

      CONNECTION The database has been set and all firewall rules have been implemented.

      I checked the log file and I always get the following error:

      [16 Jul 2015 13:47:32,720] [main] [ERROR] [::] [] Error installing to Start: name=bladelogic.service.AsDataSourceService state=Create

          It looks like the appserver is not started, so the gui can’t connect.  It looks like the appserver is not started because it cannot connect to the database.  did the database also change ?  look in blasadmin – what db is it connecting to ?  is that the correct db ? (blasadmin show data all or show data conn)  are you sure the appserver can connect to the db – can it telnet to the db port ?
