Looking for recommendations on configuring the follow:
Service Request configured with one approval level to trigger BCM advanced action to install specific application upon approval. Can the software selections be put all on one form and different templates (with specific BCM advanced action) called to install that software application? Or should these be configured on individual Service Requests?
How to offer the user (requester) the ability to select which PC they want the approved automated Service Request install to occur on if they have two workstation assigned to them? Do you add a link control to the customer web form to allow them to select the specific workstation as per below?
