      So I am brand new to this world - I am going to deploy BCM to our enterprise - but part of this deployment will involve cleaning up marimba fragments that are on endpoints.

           - There is no entry in the add/remove programs.

           - I cannot find an associated GUID in the uninstall section of the registry associated to marimba

           - The marimba service is not installed or running.

           - There are registry entries containing "marimba" throughout the registry.

           - There is a C:\Program Files (x86)\marimba" directory with what looks to be the file structure still intact.

      Is there an .exe from BMC that would go through an endpoint and clean out marimba files and registry entries?

      I have found this in the registry -

      MsiExec.exe /X{GUID}

      under an entry HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\{another marimba ID}\InstallProperties

      But my access to a test environment is very limited at this point - If anyone has any idea if this is what I am looking for, let me know - anything is appreciated. thanks!
