BMC Remedy Developer studio not starting, failed to load the JNI shared library

After accidentally removing the 32 bit jdk, my Dev Studio on the AR Server stopped working. Whenever I tried to start it, I was getting the error message "failed to load the JNI shared library C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_09\jre\bin" and was pointing to the 64 bit Java installed on the same machine. I installed the 32 bit version and update the environmental variables (Path, JRE_Home) but I am still getting the same error message. Normally, this shouldn't have been resolved by installing the 32 bit Java but it is still giving me the same error message.
