could you please get rscd.log from the target after you have tried to reproduce. Is it just services that are not working can you live browse file system, hotfixes etc?
I can live browse the file system as well as the windows hotfixes list.
just to be clear, you are able to open Services and can see some of them but not all or you can't open services at all?
1. put rscd agent on debug (windows\rsc log4crc.txt change on rscd appender line INFO1 to DEBUG, restart agent)
2. reproduce the problem
3. attach log to this thread
4. revert log back to INFO1
I presume you have tried to reinstall agent or you cannot reinstall agent?
I can open services, but can't see all services. I will try your given options and will update.
In case you don't see any service ( not sure from your description). This usually happens when you are not mapped to a user with Admin privileges (e.g. mapped to Anonymous). The rscd.log should reveal what's going on.Steffen
On target server the bl roles are mapped to local admin of the target server. However, I need to check rscd.log for more details.

Thanks Davorin and Steffen for the responses.
After troubleshooting came to know that ip-address of the target server were changed, due to which it was pointing to some other target server which has different list of services.
The issue was resolved after changing the ip-address of the server in BladeLogic.
