Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Unfortunately, I'd need more information to help you with this problem. The best way to proceed is to open a ticket with BMC Support. They be on with you to help you gather the key information and troubleshoot the problem. Have you applied the most current maintenance? There is at least one known defect with Oracle databases that is fixed by the available patches (from EPD) so it is possible that you are experiencing that same issue. Again, I recommend opening a ticket with BMC Support as the most direct way to a resolution.

I think the issue is with the database which in this case is a 64-bit Oracle. Got to know only 32-bit is supported for middleware management.
I am in the process of procuring 32-bit Oracle. Let's see if this works for me.
That is correct. The BMTM Server on Windows is a 32-bit process so you will need to have that bit level for your client. I hope that this will resolve the issue for you.
