Both the permission is almost identical to each other.Superadmin super seed the admin permission. The only difference between them is REST application/feature can be only accessed with MyIT SuperAdmin. This feature is used to monitor the number of the current open sessions and the number of the users that are currently logged in in the BMC MyIT per each tenant.

MyIT Admin is permissions for Admin Console access.
MyIT Super Admin is used for using tenant_config_tool.
MyIT Super Admin user is able to add and delete tenants for multi-tenant environments and add/delete/configure providers by using tenant_config_tool.
Hope this helps.
You mentioned that "to add and delete tenants for multi-tenant environments", does that mean MyIT is multi-tenant? Can you my post (Multi-Tenancy Configuration in MyIT 2.5) and provide your feedback/answer?
