You may need to do First some reverse engineering first. For OOTB ITSM notifications Email entry is made into NTE:Notifier Log form . Look for the code which is basically doing the Creation of Record in This form.
Enable Logging for Filters (Server Side) and see which code is doing this.
Once you have this code you can think of Writing some Customization to push the email entry in Work Info Form for Change Management.
You need to be bit careful here as many emails are generated (like individual emails for Approval, etc) so need to decide what to push.
Note- If i remeber In Audtit Log section of a CR in Notification Tab you can see all emails generated for that CR.

it is a help.
i can see the log of all emails in this form either it is Adhoc notification or Auto sent...but unfortunately cant find the filter which do so.....also email sent from email system does update the work log but what to achieve is for auto notification.
In the NTE:Notifier Log form, there are logs of all the users got notified individually.meaning auto email sent the notifications to 10 users then in this form there are 10 different records ..and its is not a good idea to push 10 records in work Info.
am trying to find other way around ,if having more suggestion please share..

You can find the filter which is pushing the records in NTE:Notifier Log form.
Just as a POC- What you can do write a filter on Submit of NTE:Notifier LoG form. Your Filter Should Only look for records Created for CRQ. Push the CRQ records into Work Info Form for Change Management.
Now You need to think how to handle notifications which are generated for individuals on Certain Events.
You can do small POC as above Suggested.
Look for this Filter which is basically doing a Push Field in NTE:Notifier Log form.
