Servers being evaluated as decommissioned in BLPackage staging phase

      This is a weird one...

We have some BLPackage Deploy jobs that run against Static Server Groups. Note: the Static Server groups contain different smart groups.

When the package runs against certain servers, it fails in the staging phase with this error:

Error02/27/2015 11:00:50The 'Staging' phase of job 'Cleanup Logs' was not processed for server server01 because it is decommissioned.

I can confirm, yes the server is enrolled and is available via live browse. I am even able to run an Update Server Properties job against it.

The agents in question are running 8.2 agents (when did licensing go away? 8.3?)

anyway i ran the following through blcli to see what the database thinks...

      nshHost# blcli_execute Server getServerDBKeyByName "server01"

      DBKey:SDeviceModelKeyImpl:5466-30209681

      nshHost# blcli_execute Server isDecommisioned

      false

      nshHost# blcli_execute Server isDeleted

      false

      nshHost# blcli_execute Server isDeprecated

      false

      nshHost# blcli_execute Server isEnrolled

      true

      nshHost# blcli_execute Server isLicensed

      false

      nshHost# blcli_execute Server isLocked

      false

      nshHost# blcli_execute Server serverExists "server01"

      true

      Any ideas whats going on?
