    Need report to exclude 'My Incidents' assigned to another queue/role

      I have a report and dashboard working that will show all the tickets the logged in agent has in queues their role is privy to.  However, I can't seem to be able to configure the report to omit tasks or incidents that the logged in agent has created to get handled by other queues. Thus if an agent with a role for seeing all IT tickets wants to see how many are in each queue they will also see queues for facilities and HR if they have submitted tickets for these areas in the client capacity. That makes for an muddles and confusing report.
