    Emails delivery to remedy mailbox is failing intermittently

      Hi Experts,

       

      We have configured a mailbox in remedy to receive incoming messages. Mails are not reaching remedy mailbox sometimes. We have checked emaild error log. Found no issues. Email engine is up and running. Below error is found in AR System Email Error Logs form. Is this a issue with exchange server?

       

      Connection timed out
