I think you may be right about that as many of the other URLs are throwing 404 errors. The complete list of URLs were pulled from pg 628 of the 7.6 "Users Guide" PDF.
The resolution to this issue was to switch back to using HTTP due to a number of underlying issues. We're currently on Blade 7.6, which uses Shavlik 6.0 SDK. This version of SDK is no longer supported by Shavlik and as a result, we are unable to use HTTPS.
In order to get HTTPS, we need to get Blade up to a minimum of 8.2.01 when Blade started using Shavlik's 8.0 SDK.
