Would you please tell us the steps you took to export the report?

2. I list all registered companies (status = Enabled)
3. I click
4. click on report
5. I click to create a new
preview or run
the remedy opens a new window, starts processing the
progress bar and the error appears.

Can you show screen shot of your report before preview and then when errors out? Are you creating web report or ar system report?
Also check the tomcat log and look under midtier logs the report log as well. if it is web report then look under Birthreport folder the log as well. See what kind of error is there.
You sent me screen shots but missing couple of screenshots in between. What type of report is it? AR System or Web Report. Which fields did you included in report? Also Plz tell us, is this happens only on Company report or any other form as well?

This error occurs in all reports.
At some point and time these reports were working?
Please run the report and look for the log under the following folders.
<AR Server Installed>\midtier\logs and look for the log file starts with ReportEngine.
<AR Server Installed>\pluginsvr\birtruntime\logs and look for the log file starts with ReportEngine.
Please post the ReportEngine Logs as well.
Most probably seems your Java issue but not sure until we see all the logs.
Are you working with BMC Support? Rest of your application apart from reports is working okay?

This is a new installation and
apparently it's all working just got this problem with the report.
If I would be you, first must submit issue with BMC support and then work with community as well.
