What do you mean by increasing? How large are they growing? What is the log roll policy in the machines? What entries are there in the history logs?
Tuner History logs should not keep increasing unless there is some exception that is being thrown repeatedly.
Tuner History.xx.log file is 40GB and keep growing. I could not open such large file to check the errors. I try deleting History.log file, but the file size is again increasing after Tuner service started. Tuner Log roll policy is per day.
I am not sure if Java causing any issue.
The file cannot be created as a 40GB file it has to start at a smaller number. Stop the tuner, rename the tuner hsitory file and start it back up.. As soon as the history file gets created open it in a Text Editor like TextPad, EditPlus or any editor which auto refreshes the logs. So you can see what the exception are.
Have you checked the stdout.log and launch.log for errors? Do you have any debug flags enabled?
This machine has been decommissioned and will follow the steps once I see similar issue in future. Thanks for your Support.
