    Grammar file for Windows scheduled task xml

      Can anyone recommend a grammar file for Windows scheduled tasks XML?

      I have created an XML file by exporting a scheduled task. I have then created a package from a configuration file based on this xml. I want to be able to deploy all my scheduled tasks from this package. This is working pretty well except when I deploy the xml, the first line gets changed from

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-16"?>

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

      This makes the xml unreadable, and attempting to create a task using schtasks.exe throws an error:

      ERROR: The task XML is malformed.

      I'm currently using config.xml grammar (config.xml.gm). It reads the xml ok, and creates the package without any problems, it's just the deployment part that is the issue.

      I tried changing the configuration file that I used to read the xml so it uses UTF-16 encoding, but that didn't work. When I deployed the file it was full of Chinese characters.
