We need the possibility to manage Microsoft Exchange and Sharepoint Accounts. In the docu I have read one short note about Microsoft Exchange, but no more examble to build this with a blueprint

      https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/clm41/Managing+Savvis+service+offerings

How should we make this to “manage accounts to a Microsoft Exchange server”?

          Hi Rainer,

          How are you doing today?

I went through shared link and it looks like it just explaining about possible type of services (an example).

Create User job script can add accounts on SharePoint server but I would like to know more, about your use case.

          Please elaborate your use case.

          Regards,

          Abhishek

            Hi Rainer,

That paragraph is a general statement.

if you want to do add users to an Exchange server or a SharePoint server then what you need to do is create the scripts in BSA and then add them to your service blueprint in the correct order.

Does this meet the requirement that you are mentioning?

            Cheers

            Dan

              As example some use cases:

              Create Personal Mailbox

              Disconnect Personal Mailbox

              Reconnect Personal Mailbox

Change User name / Display name / Mail Nick name (Mail alias)

              Modify Mailbox features

Move Personal Mailbox (Change location of user)

              Delete Personal Mailbox

              Add journalling for user

              Modify journaling for user

              Delete journaling for user

              Create Shared Mailbox

              Delete Shared Mailbox

              Modify Shared Mailbox

              Create Ressource Mailbox

              Delete Ressource Mailbox

              Modify Ressource Mailbox

And for the sharepoint use cases :

              Create site collection

              Change owner

              Modify site collection

              Delete site collection

My idea is to build a blueprint for all exchange and sharepoint services like vCloud or Openstack and magage all the use cases in one blueprint.

The option to use the ITSM with BSA and powershell scripts for each use case is  the fallback for me.

                Hi Rainer,

So now that we have the use cases - are you currently using CLM?

                If so what version please.

So in essence you are mixing what I class as Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS etc) services in this case the ability to provision a SharePoint server with Non-Cloud Services (i.e. Request new User, Request New Mailbox).

                Is this correct?

In essence though you can build blueprints in CLM that have a number of actions and sequence the actions as well.

                Cheers

                  Hello Dan,

we use CLM version 4.1. We are new with CLM. In the past we build our own applications directly with ARS.

We define this bundle of services as dynamic cloud services and the customer can use it from the cloud. What we need is the possibility to manage this services with CLM and how to build this services as blueprint.

My hope is that anybody has the similar requirement and give me an hint how can i build my own blueprint or how can i build a ZIP Kit for this use cases.

                  Cheers Rainer
